Krabby Patties


I'm sure there are other names for this but that's what we like to call them.


Okay so it's just potatoes, eggs, chedder cheese, and salt. Depending on what size you want it, you just grate a potatoe (with or without skin) onto a plate. Then add 1 egg and cheese (whatever amount you chose) and mix it together. Add salt to taste. In a frying pan heat up a little bit of oil. Slide patti into oil and fry on both sides a couple of minutes (until golden brown).


We like to make our own "sauce" of ketchup and mayo but you can use whatever you'd like. Please let me know if these directions are not clear. ENJOY!!!!
